*Most orders placed by 2pm Eastern time ship the same day. In order to provide our customers with excellent service, we process orders using an automated system, therefore orders cannot be canceled or modified after they are placed. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Only one coupon per order. Packaging and bottles change often and may not be exactly as shown.
Christmas Delivery times
Order by Wed Dec 19th 2pm eastern time and select any shipping method and your package will arrive by Monday Dec 24th. Must be a valid STREET address (not including PO boxes) in the lower 48 states only. In the event a package is late and it isn't due to an address error or conditions out of our or the carriers control we will refund the shipping charges paid. 2 day service order deadline is Thur 12/20 @ 2pm Eastern, and 1 day service order deadline is Fri 12/21 @ 2pm Eastern.

Tester/Unboxed items
Some of our items are available as testers or unboxed. They are the same exact high quality products but without the fancy packaging and/or cap. Testers usually do not come in a box or with a cap, while most unboxed items come with the cap. If you are purchasing fragrances for yourself or just do not need a box for the products these items will offer great savings.
Privacy Policy
All information you provide to us will not be shared with any one. Any information you provide to us is used to process your order. We will not sell or rent your e-mail address or any other personal information to anyone. All transactions are encrypted by Secure Socket Layer, the industry standard.
Return Information
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Just send any unused item back to us within 30 days of ORDERING in the original packaging and we will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorization. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as UPS, FEDEX, or INSURED priority mail! We can not refund shipping charges, if your order was shipped free, the actual shipping fee (what we paid the carrier) will be deducted from all returned or refused orders. If an order is upgraded for free we will deduct the actual shipping fee (what we paid the carrier.) If for any reason the package is refused or is returned for an incorrect address or after 2 delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees back to our facility and restocking fee of 20%. Opened item will also be charged a restocking fee of 20% . We can not accept returns past 30 days from date of order or on skincare/hair care items. No exchanges are accepted. All returns will result in refund to original payment method.
